Wow! Can you believe it’s almost Summer 2019!? Where did the year go? It feels like just yesterday we were making handprint reindeer and now, here we are getting ready for the end of another school year. Don’t get the wrong idea we’re super excited for Summer, it means longer days, more play time and mostly more time to paint! This Summer we’re trying something new, we’re calling it the Summer of Color. We thought, you know what?! Summer just can’t have enough color! To kick it off we’re starting our new program called “Featured Colors” an idea that came from one of our Long-time staff, Dara! She thought it would be super fun, if once in a while, we have a featured color that we didn’t normally have on our shelves. So we thought now would be the perfect time to introduce Caterpillar Green!
Until around Father’s Day we’ll have Caterpillar Green available in our workshop for you to paint with. We think its a fun color that feels like the start of summer and reminds us of glow in the dark stars on our ceilings! We think it pairs best with some neutral colors like gray and tan, but you know what’s best about colors!? There are no rules! We’re super excited to see what you do with Caterpillar Green. Now keep your eyes peeled for the next color to come, we’re deciding between a few and we’ll let you know as soon as we know! Keep painting!!!
