Getting your handprint projects situated at The Sawdust Factory is as easy as:

1.PRINT • 2.TRACE • 3.SEND

Recommended Supplies: A group of excited painters, a pen, computer paper,

a printer, and a document feeder scanner (recommended) 

 

Handprint tracings may also be dropped off at The Sawdust Factory Monday-Saturday.

All Handprints must be submitted 2 weeks prior to event

1. Print

Alright! Let's get started!
Download and print this Handprint Tracing Cover Sheet.
(You may need to Right click >Download Linked File)

 

You'll need ONE cover sheet for EACH classroom/group.  
If you are uploading multiple classes for one event please use one cover sheet for each class. Include a class roster for each class.
When you're printing the handprint tracing cover sheet, please be sure the line is 6 inches long, this helps us know they've scanned true to size. You may need to adjust your printer's settings.
 
Please note: this form is just for booked large events. We'll trace your hand when you arrive if you're coming as an "Anytime Painter"

2.Trace

You'll find Tracing instructions are on the Tracing Cover Sheet

3. Send

Here we go! Get all those sheets in to the computer!

A document feeder scanner is recommended because you can set it and forget it!

Please scan at resolution 100dpi. 

Please make it so each classroom is ONE multi-page pdf document with corresponding cover sheet & a class roster
